This is my first web page and I am only making it for a school project but just stay here a while and if you like cars you will like what you see.
Lets talk about motors, my opinion is bigger is better. The more power you can get into a car the more fun you can have with that car. I think that newer cars are too conserned about good gas mileage and not concerned enough about power. Granted some newer engines have the best of both worlds with good gas mileage and a lot of power such as the engine of the 1999 Pontiac Grand Prix wich is a V-6 with 240 hp. I ,however, think that an engine should have a growel instead of a purr. When I am driveing on the street and I hear the rumble of a classic muscle car I can't help but to smile.
Know I now what you are thinking, you guys think that in order to have a powerful car you have to own a classic muscle car like a shelby or a camero, but that is just not true. These two photos were given to me by one of my friends. This is his 1985 BUICK LaSaber. He has a small block 307 in it. A 4-Barrel Carb, and a 350 turbo transmition in it. He also has added dual exhaust system. Know the engine, transmition, and carb are all stock for that year in that car. My friend knew this and added the dual exhaust just to make it his own creation. You don't need a 500 hourse engine to get a nice rummble out of your car, ( even though that would be nice).
Big block engines I would love to have in a Chevelle, Camaro, or any other classic muscle car.
